Dr. Stefanopoulou is primarily responsible for treating all pain emergencies. A key part of her practice interest focuses on the gentle and soft approach to fearful patients, adults and children. She participates in seminars and conferences in Greece and abroad, for her continuous training on subjects relating to bleaching, endodontic treatments and cosmetic restorations.
Dr. Dimitrios D. Charoulis
Dr. Dimitrios D. Charoulis holds a PhD from the University of Aachen in Germany. In addition to an extensive experience and specialization in Periodontics, he is an Oral Surgeon with many years of practice in major clinics in Greece and Germany. As a doctor, he specializes in full mouth rehabilitation with dental implants and fixed prosthetics, following the principle that aesthetic restoration must also be functional. He uses dental Lasers that offer immediate and painless results, and he takes advantage of digital technology by using computer-guided implant surgery. In addition, he has been trained in orthodontic treatment with Invisalign aligners. At the School of Dentistry of the University of Aachen, he started as an assistant professor and clinical instructor in the Department of Periodontics of the University Hospital. He was a clinical instructor in the postgraduate program "LASERs in Dentistry" and also the first Greek to participate in the P3 program (Profession, Passion, Power) that brings together selected scientists from around the world to share their knowledge and experience. He annually gives lectures and runs hands-on seminars at international and pan-European conferences, while he also trains dentists on microsurgery, soft tissue management, bone regeneration and dental implant placement. As a researcher, he has worked extensively in the field of Aggressive Periodontitis and its treatment with innovative, minimally invasive protocols, including Laser treatment.
Dr. Ioanna Apostolidi
After graduating from the Athens School of Dentistry in 2006, Ioanna Apostolidi worked at the National and Kapodistrian University as a research associate in the laboratory and the Endodontics Clinic. Her experience in the overall rehabilitation of patients awakened in her the desire for further specialization in the field of Endodontics. Thus, in 2010 she pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Manchester, where she successfully completed her specialization. She worked in private clinics in Great Britain, exclusively in the field of Endodontics and the Restoration of Endodontically treated teeth, while since 2012 she has been working in Greece. She actively participates in conferences in Greece and abroad, as well as in the training of dentists for the application of modern techniques in the field of Endodontics and the use of the Surgical Microscope. She is a member of the General Dental Council (UK), the British Endodontic Society, the Hellenic Society of Endodontics and other companies in the field, for the promotion and development and scientific research. The immediate elimination of pain and fear of patients is a priority in her treatment protocol. The treatment is carried out using a surgical microscope and minimally invasive methods that offer accuracy and predictability while, in most cases, allowing the completion of endodontic treatment in a single session.
